Yes, it's another show inspired characters from the Sherlock Holmes series, but this time the protagonist is Dr. Watson, with Holmes possibly being just the name of the clinic. However, Moriarty remains as a mysterious antagonist who's hunting down the protagonist.

This show is really strange. Every character in the pilot episode appears stupid, with unclear motivations and inexplicable hostility. Especially the patient in the pilot - many of her behaviors make no sense. I can guarantee you've seen her symptoms and illness causes in other medical dramas before, but this show hasn't learned from the good aspects of those shows, and the treatment conclusion is bizarrely abrupt.

The protagonist keeps referring to medical cases as "cases"? This is just a big red flag. And solving difficult medical problems through detective work? I really can't understand what this show is trying to achieve.

Oh, and about the surprise ending - even that surprise won't give you any motivation to continue watching the show.
